The service we received and continue to receive is simply awesome! Anytime that we had any issue with our multi tool (and all minor), it got serviced immediately without any hesitation. This is by far the best tool we have. It is versatile, reliable, light weight, easy to operate! We use this multi tool 90% of the time without having to bring other machines. And without a doubt the best service that we have received from anyone when getting our machines fixed or serviced.
