Our shipping prices are equal to what we pay to the shipping companies. There are no handling fees!

Local Pickup
For those who wish to pick up locally in North Vancouver, please contact us directly to inquire about the local pickup. The pick up address and other instructions for making the purchase will be provided upon contact.

Shipping
These products are being shipped from Vancouver BC, Canada. We ship with Canada Post/US Postal Service. Because our packages are usually quite large (over 28 lbs), this service is very economical and reliable. Shipping costs and choices are also calculated for you during the order process and you will see your shipping cost before you get to the payment section.

Processing
As soon as we receive your payment the order will usually be processed for shipping within 1 business day.

Tracking
We provide all our customers with a tracking number for their purchase once the shipment has been processed. Once assigned the tracking number, please allow up to 1-2 business days prior to tracking the shipment. In some cases, the tracking information is active within 24 hours of receiving the tracking number via email, however, if the tracking number is received on either Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, please allow up to 1-2 business days from the following Monday in order to track your shipment. Time for the package to reach you depends on the shipping option you choose. Order details such as the item purchased, the total amount due for your purchase, tracking information, and other information can be located on our website by logging into your account. You can also go to https://em.canadapost.ca/emo/basicPin.do and enter the tracking number that was provided when it was shipped. If this is a US shipment, you can also use the tracking number to track at www.usps.com once it is in the US.

Ship Locations
We ship everywhere but most customers are in the US and Canada.

Delivery Time
There are a couple of options. The most popular choice is the Expedited Business Parcel delivery which has a service standard of 1 to 7 business days for shipments within Canada, and 6 to 12 business days for shipments to the USA. There is also an Xpresspost option that costs more but has a faster service standard of 3 to 5 business days. While some packages arrive quickly, some may take the maximum time indicated in the service standard. Once shipped, Multi Power Tools cannot influence the speed of delivery. Customs may also open, inspect, and repackage the item (usually not as well as when it was shipped).

When you view your tracking information, do not get concerned if you do not see an update for a few days. Your package is most likley moving quickly in your direction but it has just not had a recent scan. US customs can slow it down for a few days as well.

Duty and Taxes
For those residing in the US, duty and tariff charges are based on the value stated by the seller for the product being shipped. These charges only apply for items declared with a value over US$200.00 . The value we declare is the value of your purchase (not the total amount including Shipping, Handling and Insurance charges). Sales tax does not apply to items shipped to the US. Brokerage fees are due to the shipper upon delivery of products valued over US$200.00 . Please contact the shipper for any applicable fees at the time of delivery.
