Payment
must be received in full before product will be released to the customer for
shipping or pickup. Payment can be made with credit card (via Paypal - no

SALES TAX
Sales Tax (either HST or GST) applies to the total cost for the item (product price
and shipping costs combined) only for Canadian buyers where the item is shipped
to a Canadian address:
No Sales Tax will be applied for those residing in the US.
RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase within 7 days of item delivery, you may return the item in new UNUSED
condition in the original packaging. In this case, you will be provided with directions for the return shipping and will
be required to provide us with tracking information to verify the return status of the shipment. Upon successful receipt of
the returned item, a refund (less original shipping) will be made through the initial payment method. Return shipping charges
are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. A restocking fee up to 30% may also be applied based on the
condition of the returned unit. Normally, you should return ship with Canada Post or the
US Postal Service Priority Mail International Service and put "RETURNED MERCHANDISE origin Canada" with value less than $20
on the shipping label, or the buyer may be charged for any cross-border costs that may be required for the item to clear the
border on the return. Make sure to email us the tracking number (the CP number from the Custom Declarations form for US Postal)
so that we can all track the return.

DAMAGE POLICY
Damaged product claims need to be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment as noted in the delivery tracking
system. When sending a damaged product report, buyer must include the tracking number assigned for the shipment,
order number, pictures of damages, and any other additional details to be reviewed. We will then communicate with the
buyer to determine the appropriate action.
REPAIR POLICY
We have all parts and can replace or repair all of the product. If you have an issue,
we can usually solve the problem quickly by email or phone. If we determine that a part
needs to be replaced, we may ask you to send us back defective parts for repair/replacement and we will send
replacement parts. For engines, simply drain and clean any gas/oil (let stand for a while with cap off to evaporate from tank),
and send it back to address below by US Postal Priority Mail International. Make sure to put
"RETURNED MERCHANDISE origin Canada" and a value of less than $20 on the label, or we may have to charge for any
cross-border costs that may be required for the item to clear the border on the return. Make sure to email us the
tracking number (the CP number from the Custom Declarations form for US Postal) so that we can track it. Once we receive
the return, we can repair/replace.
PURCHASE WARRANTY
A direct warranty is included with all purchases made from our website from the date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated.
The warranty does not cover items shipped outside North America. If "Factory Warranty" is indicated, parts may have to
